Dave Cooper
Dave's Theory: Simple yet stimulating creative is the basis for effective communication.

Have you ever wondered what happened to your imagination when you grew up? As it turns out, Dave’s got it…and he’s not afraid to use it. Dave thinks, dreams and speaks in colour (his gray matter is actually Pantone 423 C). He demands perfection, and considers silence a vicious assault on creativity. Passionate and outspoken, Dave draws even the most lethargic into his cyclonic energy. Psychologists call it Full-Blast Living, we call it ‘Coop’.
As Creative Director, Dave works aggressively to ensure that client messages are delivered with clarity and impact - overseeing creative development and production on all projects. He is our defender of brand consistency and directs the accounts of numerous clients.
Dave is a founding member of the Sudbury chapter of the Association of Registered Graphic Designers of Ontario.

Brian Tremblay
Brian's Theory: Less is more. The best advertising communicates one strong idea without any distractions. As Marcel Marceau once said, "It's good to shut up sometimes".

Often the Voice of Reason in a din of anarchy, Brian is without a doubt the hub of the TTC wheel. Focused and detail-centric, he probably contributes more Left Brain cells to any given project than the rest of us put together.
When it comes to our clients, Brian will move mountains to ensure they get the best placement on a page, the best location on the block and the best value for their investment. From budgeting and planning to research and media, Brian has supervised accounts with annual expenditures of up to $3 million. He has planned and placed client advertising in both consumer and trade media across North America and around the world. He also writes creative copy and handles client accounts.
Brian sits on the marketing committee of the Sudbury and District United Way and is Past Chair.

Jim Thompson
Jim's Theory: A brand is a living, breathing creature that exists only in people's minds. To have any control over your brand, you must accept and understand this basic truth.

Calm, cool and collected, Jim has the innate ability to cut through the drivel and uncover the one, true message. He has a passion for politics, a thirst for debate and an appreciation for the truly ridiculous. Insightful, wry, philosophical and eloquent, Jim is the embodiment of Cool.
Our clients benefit daily thanks to Jim's marketing insight and branding savvy. Whether he's facilitating a positioning workshop or participating in a creative brainstorm, Jim approaches every challenge with keen interest and an open mind. He also manages a number of client accounts and is a formidable creative writer.
Jim is the Chair of the United Way, Sudbury, a Past Chair of the Greater Sudbury Chamber of Commerce and is Vice-President of the Northeastern Ontario Chamber of Commerce and co-founder of the Friends of Adanac.

Jim Webb

JW is TTC’s resident Hippie. Anyone fortunate enough to have spent time with Jim would assume that he was not only at Woodstock, but that he probably conceived, promoted and managed the entire festival. With the vision of Frank Lloyd Wright and the soul of Arlo Guthrie, our clients reap the benefits of Jim’s Yin-Yang approach to creative projects.
Thanks to years of graphics experience on Macintosh platforms, we can consistently rely on The Wizard of Mac’s special design skills and his ability to create accurate computer layouts for final production.
Jim has been involved with the annual Northern Lights Festival Boréal music festival since 1997 and is Chair of its Communications and Marketing Committee.

Kyle Haapala
Kyle's Theory: “Curiosity about life in all of its aspects, I think, is still the secret of great creative people." - Leo Burnett

Kyle prefers The Edge - in work, play and life in general. As the youngest member of the TTC team, he’s a fierce advocate for ‘Edgy’ in new design concepts and is the first to integrate the latest technology into his work. Kyle believes that life is an adventure. Safe is not an option.
Kyle is a web wizard and talented amateur photographer. He has an insatiable thirst for continuous learning and professional growth, which is evident in each out-of-the-box idea he brings to the table. Kyle has a fresh, innovative approach to both interactive and print design projects for our clients.
Known around the office as ‘Ninja Boy’, Kyle has been studying Karate for the past 12 years and has been an instructor for 8. In 2006 he achieved Second-Degree Black Belt status and is now trying his hand (and feet) at kickboxing. Kyle is also earning a diploma in nutrition counseling…in his ‘spare’ time.
